I currently manage acquisitions, collection management & strategy, and electronic resource subscriptions for Westfield State. I began my career as an instruction and reference librarian, so on-the-job training and professional development are particular interests of mine. I'm particularly interested in how smaller and under-resourced libraries can maximize their staff expertise and budgets to provide high quality library services.
