P18: An eResource by Any Other Name: Folder and File Naming Conventions for Electronic Resources
ERM can (and should) result in a lot of files to be recorded and refered to later, from versions of licenses to emails recording crucial decisions and feedback.  A naming and organization convention for files and folders can facilitate discovery and efficient storage.  Here's one way to do it.
