Access to scholarly resources should be seamless and easy. This session will share results of the set of pilots started by the RA21 project to develop better, more user friendly, and more secure practices for access and authentication to STM information than IP-address recognition.

S098: Navigating connections between acquiring, licensing, invoicing and collection assessment: a plan to survive big package deals, mini packages, and fund splits
Collection decisions depend on the representation of accurate detailed information.  This presentation will demonstrate our methods, including why and how we created a product Master list with product IDs and product codes for tracking and at-a-glance recognition. Package deals, mini packages, and fund splits will be discussed in detail.
