EBSCO’s eBooks team has recently conducted research focusing on the student Book workflow in order to understand the end-to-end student user experience using books in the academic library. The team will share findings from this effort, including how students make decisions about Books, including decisions about print books vs. ebooks, and how students want to maintain autonomy throughout their eBook usage.
